About the Role
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a BCBA on a contract basis. You will not design and oversee the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This position requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs tailored to the needs of each client.
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members, providing ongoing training and support.
Collect and analyze data to track client progress, making data-driven decisions to modify treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure the generalization of skills and continuity of care.
Provide parent and caregiver training to promote effective behavior management and support at home and in the community.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and supervision activities in compliance with BACB guidelines.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and coordinate services.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
Proven expertise in conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and supervising ABA programs.
Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a clinical setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
Liability insurance coverage for professional services.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in clinic management, including staff supervision, budgeting, and operations.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and ethical standards.
Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
